Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your new ENVY product, but if you do need to exchange a product purchased please retain proof of purchase and return within 30 days.
All returns must be in new condition, with the original tags, and be in the original packaging. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructions, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned along with your merchandise. If the packaging is damaged you will not be eligible for a refund so please return items the same way as purchased to protect the product from damage in transit.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required with all returns.
Refunds will be provided back to the same payment type used at the time of purchase.
